Coaches Caravan

Attention Student Wolfpack Club members, we need your help!  The 2011 Wolfpack Club Coaches Caravan is coming up on April 24th.  We will be having a Junior Wolfpack Club KIDS’ ZONE this year, hosted by NC State student-athletes.  There are always a lot of children at this event, and this is what we need you for.  The KIDS’ ZONE will have bouncy houses, a dunking booth, and other organized games the children can play.  We need roughly 10-15 volunteers to help the children and watch over them, while their parents watch the program.  Normal student cost for this event, is $10.00, which will be waived if you volunteer.  Join us for a night of great food, live music, and fun!

Dail Family Practice Fields at Carter-Finley Stadium
Doors open: 4:00pm, Food and Live Beach Music: 5:00-7:00pm, Program: 7:00
Featuring all NC State head coaches and hosted by the Wolfpack Club and Mark Thomas
Adults: $15.00, Students: $10.00, Children (13 and under): $5.00, Children 5 and under: Free

Trip Information to St. Louis

Student Government has made accommodations for student supporters to travel to St. Louis this weekend. More details below, quick link to commitment form here


The trip includes:

Travel on a charter bus both ways through Southern Express Coach
Two nights stay (Friday night and Saturday night) in the Courtyard Mariott St. Louis Downtown (4 blocks from the Edward Jones Dome)
**To keep this trip affordable, we will assign 5 people to each room. One person will be in a sleeping bag on the floor.
The price of tickets is $170 (plus a $10 handling fee) and everyone going on this trip will still need to fill out an application and turn it in the the NC State Ticket Office to get their tickets
(*Deadline to request a student ticket is March 20th, 2012 at 4:30 PM.
All students must submit an application in person at the NC State Ticket Office (5400 Trinity Rd. Suite 407 Raleigh, NC 27607). Ticket Office hours are 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday thru Friday.)

We estimate the trip to cost $355 plus food. The $355 includes tickets through NC State Athletics at $180. Travel + Lodging : $175. Student Government and the Inter Residence Council are sponsors of this trip.

Please fill out this commitment form if you would like to go. Deadline to fill out the interest form is 9 pm tonight. Do not fill out this form if you do not intend to pay and go on the trip. The form is a commitment. If you are considering the trip but not ready to commit please email me.

THE TRIP (TRAVEL+HOTEL) OPTION IS DEPENDENT UPON 50 STUDENTS SIGNING UP. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU SIGN UP BY 9 PM. WE WILL EMAIL YOU AFTER 9 PM TO LET YOU KNOW IF WE HAD ENOUGH STUDENTS SIGN UP.
